Currently based in Senegal, Ismaïla Diene leads the Solutions Division at Dimagi and serves as the Regional Lead for West Africa. With a background in engineering and over a decade of experience in digital health and development, Ismaïla has overseen the rollout of national-scale health information systems across Africa. He brings a unique combination of deep technical expertise and strong partnership development skills, having collaborated extensively with Ministries of Health and multilateral organizations across sectors such as health, agriculture, and financial inclusion.
