Leadership is similar and requires having a vision, observing situations, strategizing to pick the moments you will focus on, coming up with innovative approaches, and acting decisively.

I am proud to lead the highly motivated team of over 2500 professionals of the Development Center of Siemens Healthineers in India and Slovakia. We are all united by our passion for shaping the future of healthcare, and thereby improving lives through our solutions.

Our R&D center has many accolades, right from the CII Industrial Innovation Award 2017 to the NASSCOM Global Capability Center’s Award 2018 for Organizational Excellence. Collaboration and innovation drive our teams and this is reflected in us being recognized a Great Place to Work.
