WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD trading as “DIGITAL HEALTH WORLD CONGRESS” will receive bookings (subject to availability) for WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD (“Events”) by either receipt of a completed Order/Registration form accompanied by full payment details or via the submission of an online booking at  http://digitalhealthcareworldcongress.com/

Upon WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD’swritten (including online) communication to you of its acceptance of your booking for a place at an WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD’s Event there shall be a legally binding contract between WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD and you to which these terms apply.

Fees

The fee for each Event (“Fee”) will include (for conference delegates) one place at the conference, refreshments, lunches and documentation.

NOTE: In case of virtual event, the price does not include refreshments or lunches, as it is online.

The Fee does not include travel to or from the Event or any accommodation costs incurred.

If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full. You acknowledge that WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.

Under VAT Excise regulations delegates from all countries are required to pay VAT @ 20% on all Events taking place in the United Kingdom. For Events in other countries, delegates are required to pay any VAT, excise duty or other sales tax which is applicable.

Cancellations and Postponements

All attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to Marketing Department, WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom

100% Refund within first 14 days of booking.

After initial 14 days period of booking, cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

Written notice received by us % of Fee to be charged
Between booking & 44 days prior to the first day of the Event 50%
Between 43 days and 15 days prior to the first day of the Event 75%
14 days prior to the first day of the Event 100%

You agree that these charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the costs WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD will incur as a result of cancellation.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days. Note: Same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations.

A substitute delegate may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for any reason and these details can be updated on the Event website or by phoning or emailing WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD.

For event sponsorship cancellation, cancelling between 180 and 120 days prior to start date of the event will be charged at 50% cancellation fee;  and cancelling between 120 and 60 days prior to the start date of the event will be charged at 75% cancellation fee. Cancelling sponsorship 60 days prior to start date of event will be charged 100% cancellation fee. All sponsorships are non transferable. Full payment must be in account within 30 Days, unless and until agreed otherwise.

If an Event is cancelled by WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD for any reason within the control of WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD, a full refund of the Fee will be paid to you within 8 weeks. WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD’S total liability to you in connection with the cancellation of an Event shall be limited to a refund of the Fee.

If the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the control of WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD, you will be notified of a revised date for the Event.

NOTE: Refunds are not allowed where event is postponed due to reasons beyond the organisers control. Passes are instead allocated to new event dates.

Event

Whilst our programs are correct at the time of going to press, in certain circumstances it may be necessary for WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD to alter the content, speakers, agenda, venue or timing of an Event. All delegates will be notified in advance of such changes.

Event participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the Event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD shall not be liable for any kind of loss or damage to you or your personal property, unless caused by our negligence.

Views expressed by speakers are their own and WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD disclaims all liability for advice given or views expressed during an Event. Documentation distributed at an Event is intended for information only and should not be relied upon.

WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD does not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of Event information. And no refund is made for No-Shows. (i.e not showing up at conference)

Please note that for promotional purposes, the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means. You agree to permit WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD to use and distribute such footage, which may feature images of you, in all or any media whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings.

These terms contain the entire agreement between you and WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or any loss of business, use, profit, anticipated profit, contracts, revenues, goodwill or anticipated savings arising in connection with this Agreement, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions will continue in full force and effect as if the terms had been executed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision omitted. Any express or implied waiver to perform any obligations under these terms will not prevent the subsequent enforcement of them. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by English law and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this clause shall limit WORLD MEDIA ONLINE LTD ‘s right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
